• Check-In time is 3 p.m. Check-Out time is 12 p.m. (Noon). If you intend to arrive before 3 p.m., please notify our office and we will make every effort to have your cabin available. However, we can not guarantee it's availability until 3 p.m. We ask that you honor our Check-Out time promptly to minimize hardship on our housekeeping staff and the next guests arriving.
• Deposit: One night's rental is due at the time the reservation is booked. Credit Cards are charged for the deposit at the time reservation is booked. HOLIDAYS: Payment in full must be made at the time the reservation is booked and require a minimum 3-day reservation.
• Reservation Minimum: Weekends = 2 nights and Holidays = 3 nights

  CABINS: We will return your deposit minus a $10 service charge if you cancel FIFTEEN (15) or more days prior to your arrival date. If you cancel FOURTEEN (14) days or less of your arrival date your full deposit is forfeited.
  HOLIDAY CANCELLATIONS: The Holiday Cancellation Policy applies to all campsites and cabins. We will return your deposit minus a $10 service charge if you cancel THIRTY (30) or more days before your arrival date. We do not refund holiday deposits on cancellations TWENTY-NINE (29) days or less of your arrival date. Please make sure you schedule your holiday reservations carefully.
  NO SHOWS: Guests failing to contact us to cancel (with the required time, listed above) will be considered a 'NO SHOW'. 'NO SHOWS' are subject to the same cancellation policies.

• DAMAGES: We will charge you for any damages to cabins (inside and outside) and/or it's contents. Your credit card will be charged immediately if damages are found.
• NO SMOKING. Smoking is not allowed inside or on the porch of our cabins. Evidence of results a $100 fine posted immediately to credit card.
• Forms of Payments: We accept Visa, Master Card, cash or money orders. Sorry no checks.

Camping is an outdoor experience, therefore
we do not give refunds due to whims of Mother Nature.

The Management reserves the right to refuse service,
limit the length of stay and the number of persons or vehicles
per site and/or evict any person or party without refund.

Park staff are not allowed to work on guests' RVs.
