Campground Guidelines

Site Occupancy: Only one (1) RV is allowed on per campsite. Tent sites allow for a maximum of six (6) persons per site.
Speed Limit: is 10 MPH. Please observe our speed limit to insure the safety of all our guests. Remember...Children are playing!
Check-In/Check-Out

CABINS: Check-In time is 3 p.m. Check-Out time is 12 p.m. (Noon). If you intend to arrive before 3 p.m., please notify our office and we will make every effort to have your cabin available. However, we can not guarantee it's availability until 3 p.m. We ask that you honor our Check-Out time promptly to minimize hardship on our housekeeping staff and the next guests arriving. "Check-Out" means leaving the campground at 11 a.m. Late Check-Out fee (if available) is 1/2 of base rate of the cabin and 1/2 of your people charges allow full park privileges until 6 p.m.
CAMPSITES: Check-In time is 3 p.m. Check-Out time is 2 p.m. If you intend to arrive before 3 p.m., please notify our office and we will make every effort to have your campsite available. However, we can not guarantee it's availability until 3 p.m. "Check-Out" means leaving the campground at 2 p.m. Late Check-Out: (if available) 1/2 the campsite fee charges allow full park privileges until 6 p.m.
HOLIDAYS: There is a 3-night minimum on all major holidays.

Ground Disposal of any drain water (gray or black) is prohibited by State Law. Wastewater from RVs (including sink water) must be disposed of into sewer drains.
Sewer Connections require a tight seal by a Sewer Donut (or Sewer Ring) or a screw-type connector.
Trash and Garbage must be tied in plastic bags. Dumpsters are located at the upper and lower bathhouses for your convenience. Do not leave your trash outside. Please keep your site/cabin neat and leave it clean for the next campers.

Pets are welcome but cannot be left unattended. A maximum of two (2) pets per campsite/cabin are allowed. Pets are prohibited due to health codes from the following areas: any buildings, playground areas or any pool/waterslide areas. They cannot be left outside your campsite or cabin during quiet hours. Your pet must always be walked by a responsible person to insure any deposits made by your pet are picked up immediately.
No aggressive breeds permitted to include but not limited to Dobermans, Rottweilers, Pit Bulls, Mastiffs due to requirements of our insurance.
NO SMOKING. Smoking is not allowed in any of Yogi in the Smokies' buildings.
Campfires are permitted only in fire rings provided and only one per site. MOVING FIRE RINGS IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED due to underground plumbing or wiring. Please use only wood that has been cut to fit the ring. Do not cut or deface any trees, shrubs, or equipment/buildings in the Campground as it will be considered vandalism and immediate loss of camping privileges will occur.
Clothlines are not permitted.
Fireworks and Firearms are prohibited on park property. Includes BB and pellet guns.
Pool Area: Children under 14 must be supervised by an adult (18 years or older). Anyone behaving in an unsafe or destructive manner will be removed from the pool area. NO cotton is allowed. Only bathing suits permitted in pool, no cotton material permitted (ie. cut offs, t-shirts, etc.).
Quiet Time is 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
Loud or Offensive noises, rowdyism, or ill-mannered conduct will not be tolerated at any time.
Children: An adult (18 years or older) MUST accompany any child under 12 around any of the lakes.
Visitors: Your visitors are always welcome at Yogi in the Smokies, as long as they register at our Ranger Station. Registered guests and their visitors are expected to read and adhere to all campground guidelines. A copy of these guidelines are presented at time of Check-In for your signature. All your visitors must register, pay Day-Use Fees, if applicable, and leave resort by 10 p.m.
Recreational Vehicles: ATVs, golf carts, dirt bikes or mini-bikes are not allowed to be driven by guests in the Campground. Bikes cannot be used after sunset - it is so dark the automobile drivers can't see the bikes. The main road through the Campground is a public thoroughfare, therefore helmets are required.
General Information: Ranger Station, Store, Laundromat, Game Room and Pool area hours are posted on the Activity Schedule at check-in and at each individual area.
Activities and Entertainment Schedules are posted at the Ranger Station. Our off season is from November to March. To accomodate you better, our amenities are open 'upon request only' instead of a set time schedule. As always, no matter what the season insuring that our guests have a memorable, fun-filled time is our primary goal.
Churches: Listing, locations and service hours posted at the Ranger Station
Vehicle Repairs (including oil change, etc.) and washing of vehicles & RV?s are not permitted in the park. You may check with the local listings for businesses that provide these services.
Responsibility: You are responsible for damage caused by yourself and/or members of your camping party. While we encourage participation in planned activities, parents are expected to act responsibly in the watch and care of their children. Campground staff members are not babysitters, so please attend to your children.
Violation of these Guidelines is grounds for ejection from the park WITHOUT refund.
Liability: Neither Yogi in the Smokies nor any of its employees is responsible for accidents, injuries or losses from any cause.

Camping is an outdoor experience, therefore
we do not give refunds due to whims of Mother Nature.

The Management reserves the right to refuse service,
limit the length of stay and the number of persons or vehicles
per site and/or evict any person or party without refund.

Park staff are not allowed to work on guests' RVs.
